Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic we are proud to have cared safely for all our clients and continue to take all necessary steps to help keep residents, carers and visitors as safe as possible.
Here are the measure we have in place to help keep everyone safe.
- Regular testing for both residents and carers
- Temperature checks, face coverings and hand sanitising required for all carers and visitors
- Vaccine role out for residents and carers
- Enhanced cleaning regime
- Health and safety training for all carers
We understand how important it is to stay in contact with loved ones, that’s why we are now allowing face-to-face visits. Where possible, visits with take place in our beautiful gardens, or socially distanced in communal areas and resident’s bedrooms.
We continue to monitor and adhere to Public Health England guidance and support from UK Home Care Association (UKHCA).
